Administrator Tests

The Professional Standards Administrator Test will be available for those who want this certification or are required to have it per their Local Board needs

Instructor: Bruce Aydt, ABR, ABRM, CRB, SRS

Bruce Aydt is a REALTORâ, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. He has been involved in the management of real estate brokerages for more than 25 years, currently as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Prudential Alliance, REALTORSâ.

Active in all levels of REALTORâ organizations, Bruce was President of the St. Louis Association of REALTORSâ, twice received their Distinguished Service Award and was named REALTORâ of the Year. For the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, he is the 2007 President, has chaired the License Law, Professional Standards and Risk Reduction Committees, and has been named REALTORâ of the Year. For the National Association of REALTORSâ, Bruce has served as a Committee Liaison three times and has chaired the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee, State Leadership Forum, and served on several Presidential Advisory Groups. He is a nationally recognized educator on real estate issues, speaking at state conventions and the NAR Convention on several occasions. He is the monthly columnist on ethics issues for REALTOR® Magazine and is the author of Missouri Real Estate Basics. He has been named Educator of the Year by both the National Association of REALTORSâ and the Missouri Association of REALTORSâ. He lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Lisa, and has two children, Erin, 25 and Jamie, 22.
